• If you accept your total care plan and we can complete your treatment in as few visits as possible, we will extend you a savings of 2%.
• By scheduling your appointment today and taking the next available appointment that we have, you can reduce your cost by 3%.

Your insurance is a contract between you, the subscriber, your employer and your insurance company. Our professional services are rendered to you and not to your insurance company, therefore, you are directly responsible to us for the obligation of payment for treatment.
